Last show of 2018 (Manchester)

Well we had a fabulous time at the Manchester MRC Exhibition. A very high quality of layouts on offer but only 3 N gauge. The days were incredibly busy and with a lot of children, which of course is what the world of Model railways needs. There was a vote for the visitors to pick the layout they liked the best (Best In Show) and that went to Black Lion Crossing a fabulous OO gauge layout .....Guess who came second? and with only six votes in it .......... Thats right it was "Ambleton Vale" A great honour for us and we won a voucher to spend at Loco Shed in Manchester

Thats it now for this year. Its been a fabulous first year for us, exhibiting at 4 shows. Only two of those had a voting system for best in show and we came 2nd in one and first in the other, not a bad start to our exhibition life :-)

We have a few modifications to make before we start exhibiting next year on 11th - 2th January at Orpington MRC Exhibition. Maybe we will see you there
